Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain a scalable AI platform that ingests structured data and outputs actionable insights for multiple departments.Build departmentspecific AI modules (e.g., predictive analytics, NLP pipelines) using Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and relevant libraries.Collaborate with Data Analysts to ensure data quality, feature engineering, and model validation.Deploy models to production on AWS, containerize services with Docker, and monitor performance and drift.Document architecture, code, and best practices; mentor junior team members on AI workflows.Requirements 23 years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong portfolio of deployed models.Handson experience with AWS services (SageMaker, EC2, S3) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).Strong problemsolving skills, ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
