Principal Software Engineer I Golang/Java & Microservices - ConnectWise

Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy robust and scalable microservices using Golang and Java.Architect and implement solutions for complex distributed systems.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features.Ensure high availability, performance, and reliability of services.Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical strategy.Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.Requirements Proven experience as a Principal Software Engineer or similar senior role.Strong proficiency in Golang and Java programming languages.Extensive experience with microservices architecture and design patterns.Solid understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).Experience with API design and development (RESTful, gRPC).
