This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced platform engineer to design, automate, and operate large-scale Kubernetes infrastructure supporting mission-critical global network environments. Accountabilities: Design, build, and maintain Kubernetes-based platforms that support network automation, telemetry, and operational services across multi-environment infrastructures.Own the complete lifecycle management of Kubernetes clusters, including provisioning, onboarding, upgrades, capacity planning, high availability, and disaster recovery initiatives.Develop and maintain production-grade automation for cluster deployment, validation, remediation, and GitOps-driven multi-cluster delivery processes.Provide operational support for services hosted on the platform, collaborating closely with engineering teams to resolve cross-platform issues and ensure service reliability.Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis efforts related to Kubernetes control planes, networking, storage, workload orchestration, and distributed dependencies.Establish and continuously improve production readiness standards, observability frameworks, alerting mechanisms, runbooks, and recovery procedures.Participate in incident management and on-call rotations, driving issues from detection through resolution and implementing long-term corrective actions.Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.8+ years of experience building, operating, or supporting large-scale Kubernetes platforms, network infrastructure, or distributed systems environments.Deep expertise in Kubernetes administration, including cluster lifecycle management, networking, storage systems, scalability, upgrades, and recovery processes.Strong programming skills in at least one modern language such as Go or Python, with experience developing automation and platform tooling.Hands-on experience with GitOps methodo This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps.
