About the Role The Quality Engineering team at Suki is on a mission to redefine how quality is delivered at scale combining strong engineering fundamentals, AI-assisted testing, and product-obsessed test design. You'll join a team that values rigor, curiosity, and craft. We're hiring two Senior QA Engineers to own end-to-end manual testing across our clinician-facing Mobile (iOS + Android) and Web applications. You'll be the quality gatekeepers for features that clinicians rely on during real patient encounters where correctness, reliability, and trust are non-negotiable. Responsibilities Design, author, and execute detailed test plans and test cases across Suki's Mobile (iOS + Android native) and Web products.Own functional, regression, exploratory, cross-device, and cross-browser testing for every release.Partner closely with Product, Design, and Engineering from the earliest stages reviewing PRDs, contributing to acceptance criteria, and shifting quality left.Reproduce, triage, and drive resolution of defects with clean, reproducible reports in Jira.Maintain and evolve our test case repository in TestRail; document testing artifacts in Confluence.Contribute to release sign-offs, participate in bug bashes, and support UAT cycles.Continuously raise the quality bar identify gaps, propose process improvements, and champion the user's experience.Qualifications 4 - 6 years of hands-on manual QA experience across both Mobile (iOS + Android native) and Web applications.
