Oracle Fusion Test Specialist

As a Mid-Level Oracle Fusion professional with a strong QA background, your role will involve supporting the Partner Success team by leveraging your deep functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud modules and hands-on manual testing experience. You will be responsible for requirement analysis, configuration, migration, and other activities to facilitate client implementations. Key Responsibilities: - Design comprehensive functional test cases and test scripts based on business requirements and Oracle Fusion functional specs. - Execute manual test scenarios covering functional workflows across Oracle Fusion modules. - Perform regression, SIT, and UAT testing for Oracle Fusion implementations. - Analyse and understand client's business processes mapped to Oracle Fusion Cloud modules. - Validate system configurations against business requirements. - Log, prioritise, and track defects using JIRA/ALM. - Collaborate with functional leads and developers to reproduce, triage, and close defects. - Support client UAT cycles, prepare test scripts, onboard business users, and track execution progress. - Provide hypercare support during go-live phases. - Prepare sign-off documentation and test completion reports for stakeholders. Must-Have Requirements: - 35 years of Oracle Fusion Cloud functional experience with at least 2 years in a QA/testing role. - Functional knowledge of at least 2 Oracle Fusion modules is a plus. - Basic Understanding of Oracle Fusion configuration, setups, and business process flows. - Strong documentation and communication skills. - Ability to work effectively in client-facing environments. Nice-to-Have / Preferred Skills: - Oracle Fusion Cloud certification in any module. - Exposure to automation tools (Selenium) not mandatory but a plus. As for your Education and Certifications, you should hold a degree in B.E./B.Tech/BCA/MBA/MCA or an equivalent degree. It is also preferred to have certifications in Oracle Fusion any module certification is advantageous.
