AI/ML Engineer

Job Description: You will be joining Antino Labs as an AI/ML Engineer with a focus on the pharmaceutical industry. Your role will involve developing and implementing AI and Machine Learning solutions to address critical business needs within this sector. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, business analysts, and pharmaceutical domain experts, you will identify opportunities for AI/ML applications, build predictive models, and deploy these solutions to enhance decision-making, optimize processes, and improve efficiency. Your contributions will directly impact sales and marketing strategies, drug discovery processes, and patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and deploy machine learning models using Python and relevant libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) to address business challenges within the pharmaceutical domain. - Collaborate with data scientists and business stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable AI/ML solutions. - Design and implement data pipelines for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from various sources, including Veeva, Salesforce, and other relevant databases. - Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau to effectively communicate insights and model performance to stakeholders. - Evaluate and fine-tune machine learning models to optimize performance and ensure accuracy. - Research and experiment with new AI/ML techniques, such as Agentic AI, to enhance existing solutions and discover new opportunities for innovation. - Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations specific to the pharmaceutical industry. Qualification Required: - Demonstrated ability in developing and deploying machine learning models using Python and relevant libraries. - Experience in data analysis, feature engineering, and model evaluation. - Strong understanding of statistical modeling and machine learning algorithms. - Proficiency in working with pharmaceutical data and platforms like Veeva and Salesforce. - Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage effectively with cross-functional teams. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
