Role Overview As an AI Lead at Antino Labs, you will spearhead the design and implementation of advanced artificial intelligence strategies to solve complex business challenges. You will work closely with cross-functional engineering teams, product managers, and key stakeholders to translate high-level business requirements into scalable AI models and production-ready systems. This role is pivotal in driving the companys technical roadmap, ensuring that our AI capabilities not only meet current market demands but also set new benchmarks for performance and innovation for our global client base. Key Responsibilities Architect and deploy end-to-end AI and machine learning solutions that directly enhance product functionality and user experience for our clients. Lead the development and integration of Generative AI models to automate complex workflows and drive operational efficiency. Establish robust MLOps pipelines to streamline the lifecycle of model development, testing, and deployment in production environments. Mentor a team of high-performing data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of technical rigor and continuous learning. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify high-value opportunities for AI implementation, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives. Optimize model performance and scalability by leveraging advanced frameworks to ensure high availability and reliability in high-traffic applications. Required Skillset Demonstrated expertise in designing and deploying complex AI models using Python, with a deep understanding of the underlying mathematical and statistical principles. Proven ability to build and manage large-scale neural networks using PyTorch and Tensorflow within production environments. Extensive experience in implementing MLOps best practices, including version control, automated testing, and continuous monitoring of model performance. Deep technical proficiency in Generative AI, with a track record of applying LLMs and related architectures to solve real-world problems. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams effectively. A minimum of 8 - 12 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, ideally within a fast-paced product development environment.
