Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Design user-centric interfaces and workflows that align with business goals and industrial product needs.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers from concept to execution.

• Contribute to Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and Product Strategy discussions.

• Create and maintain high-fidelity wireframes, prototypes, and interactive flows using Figma .

• Implement and manage Figma Auto-layouts for scalable and consistent design systems.

• Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and usability testing.

• Translate complex industrial workflows into intuitive product experiences.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience as a Product Designer in the industrial/manufacturing tech domain .

• Strong understanding of product management principles and involvement in product strategy or PRD creation .

• Expertise in Figma , including mastery of Auto-layout and design systems.

• Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and responsive layouts.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Engineering, or related field preferred.

• Good to Have Familiarity with Agile methodologies and cross-functional team workflows.

• Understanding of front-end development basics (HTML/CSS/React is a plus).

• Portfolio showcasing relevant product design work, preferably in the industrial domain.
