About the role
We are looking for Strong backend-focused .NET Developers to join our engineering team. The ideal candidates should have solid hands-on experience in building, maintaining, and improving enterprise-level applications using .NET and .NET Framework. The role is primarily backend-focused, but some frontend exposure, especially with Angular, will be considered a strong advantage. We are looking for developers who can take ownership, work independently, understand technical trade-offs, and contribute to long-term system quality. This position requires a balance between technical capability, learning mindset, ownership, and cost effectiveness. We are not necessarily looking for the most expensive senior profiles, but for developers who offer the right cost-to-skill trade-off and have the potential to grow. Key Responsibilities The developer will be responsible for: Designing, developing, and maintaining backend applications using .NET and .NET Framework • Working on enterprise-level systems with focus on scalability, maintainability, and performance • Understanding existing application architecture and contributing to improvements where needed • Writing clean, structured, and maintainable code • Debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues independently • Collaborating with frontend developers, QA, DevOps, project managers, and business stakeholders • Supporting integrations with databases, APIs, third-party systems, and internal platforms • Participating in technical discussions around architecture, design decisions, and implementation trade-offs • Taking ownership of assigned tasks and delivering them without constant follow-up • Sharing knowledge with the team and being open to learning from others • Supporting frontend-related work when needed, especially in Angular-based applications Required Technical Skills The candidate should have strong experience in: .NET / .NET Framework • C# • ASP.NET / ASP.NET MVC / Web API • SQL Server or similar relational databases • REST API development and integration • Backend application architecture • Debugging and performance optimization • Object-oriented programming principles • Code versioning tools such as Git • Working with existing enterprise applications and legacy systems Good to Have Skills The following skills are not mandatory but will be considered valuable: Angular • JavaScript / TypeScript • HTML / CSS • .NET Core / modern .NET • Cloud exposure: Azure, AWS, or similar • Microservices or distributed system experience • CI/CD pipeline understanding • DevOps collaboration experience • Experience with large-scale or business-critical applications Interview Process The interview process will include: Initial Code Test / Technical Assessment • Technical Round 1 • Technical Round 2 • Final Discussion Round Working from Office : 5 Days a week Shift 11:30am to 8:30pm / day light saver ( +1 hours) Why Join Opsio?
