The Business Analyst - L1 Level will be responsible for analysing business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement and to assist in the design and implementation of solutions. They will work closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure that business requirements are accurately captured and documented.

1.1 Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Work closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure business requirements are accurately captured and documented.

• Support the Senior Business Analyst/Lead Business Analyst/Product Owner in their responsibilities, such as gathering and documenting business requirements, creating use cases, and developing workflow diagrams.

• Participate in meetings with stakeholders to gather information, provide updates, and ensure that business requirement documents are delivered on time.

• Develop and maintain project documentation including but not limited to BRD, FRD, Use Cases, User Guide, and Test Scenarios.

• Create engaging user stories with acceptance criteria and supplement them with mock-ups.

• Conduct story briefing sessions for developers and testers.

• P erform functional testing and quality assurance activities, ensuring business requirements are met and solutions function as expected.

• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in business analysis practices and technologies.

1.2 Qualifications

• Ability bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field.

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

• Should have an eye for detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Good presentation skills.

• Experience with MS Office tools, such as MS Word, MS PPT, etc.

• Experience with project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.

• Experience with business processes modelling tools like MS Visio and Lucid charts.

• Experience with wireframe tools, such as Balsamiq and Figma.

• Ability to collaborate with a team in a challenging environment.

• Good to have - BA Certification.
