About the role
As a Senior AI Solutions Architect specialized in GCP & Agentic Systems, your role involves being a senior, full-stack AI practitioner capable of functioning as both a builder and architect lead. You will be responsible for defining AI architecture, constructing and deploying AI/ML solutions, establishing scalable data and MLOps foundations, and serving as the primary technical expert in client engagements. Your expertise will be crucial in holding design conversations with Google AI engineers rather than just facilitating them. This role encompasses various capabilities including AI Architect, AI/ML Engineer, Data Engineer, MLOps Lead, and AI Risk/Controls capabilities, requiring seamless navigation between strategy, design, delivery, and governance. Prior experience in life sciences or pharma is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities: - Define AI architecture and design AI/ML solutions - Build and deploy AI/ML solutions from concept to production - Establish scalable data and MLOps foundations - Act as the technical expert in client engagements - Hold design conversations with Google AI engineers Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data engineering, solution architecture, or technical product delivery - Hands-on experience in delivering AI/ML or GenAI solutions from concept to production - Direct production experience with Vertex AI agentic pipelines - Active GCP Professional certification - Experience in consulting or client-facing delivery model - Strong communication skills for engaging with technical and non-technical audiences - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field The company is seeking a Senior AI Solutions Architect with expertise in various technical skills including: - GCP & Data Infrastructure: Vertex AI, Gemini API integration, Cloud Dataflow, Airflow, BigQuery, Cloud Storage, Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, and more. - AI/LLM Development: RAG pipeline design, multi-agent orchestration, prompt engineering, model evaluation, LLM observability, and more. - Engineering Fundamentals: Python, FHIR R4 API integration, REST API design, Docker, Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, SQL, and more. - Strong Advantage: Experience in life sciences, pharma, GCP practice background, FHIR R5, AI governance, data governance frameworks, and validation documentation experience.
