Senior Service Now Developer (Hyderabad)

Role & responsibilities - Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows. - Implement and support ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management. - Configure and maintain ITOM components such as Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and CMDB. - Develop automations using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, and UI Policies. - Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, MID Server, and OAuth. - Configure and enhance HRSD, Employee Center, Virtual Agent, and Service Portal solutions. - Develop custom applications using App Engine Studio and UI Builder. - Perform CMDB governance, data quality improvements, and CSDM alignment. - Create ATF test cases and support CI/CD deployment activities. - Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
