About the role
We're a bootstrapped Shopify CRO agency. We are looking for someone to build our internal AI tools, handle founder's office work, and jump into delivery when capacity allows. What you'll do: 1. Build internal AI tools Use Claude Code to automate audit workflows, lead enrichment, cold email sequencing, MRR dashboards. Ship tools that make the business more productive without hiring more people. 2. Founder's office ops Maintain case studies, investor data room, MRR tracking, C-Corp coordination. Light work that keeps the business investor-ready. 3. Delivery support When client projects pile up, step in on Shopify CRO implementation (Liquid, JS, A/B testing) using Claude Code as an accelerant. You'll ramp with guidance. 4. Implement CRO audits by writing custom code and design. Who we are looking for: Must-haves: - Hands-on Claude Code experience you've shipped something real, not just experimented - Self-directed you prioritize, move fast, and don't need constant oversight - Technical literacy comfortable reading/editing HTML, CSS, JS; not intimidated by code - Strong written communication investor-facing docs are part of this - Fluency in English, as. we serve US and UK based Clients. Nice-to-haves: - Agency or early-stage startup experience - Shopify ecosystem knowledge - Ability to learn new coding languages, have proficiency in web technologies. - PM fundamentals (prioritization, roadmapping) .
