Key Responsibilities Design, build, and deploy end-to-end Machine Learning solutions from data preparation to production. Develop and optimize classification, regression, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics models. Build scalable ML inference services using Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms. Implement MLOps pipelines including model deployment, monitoring, drift detection, and automated retraining. Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications using Large Language Models. Build intelligent document search and Q&A systems using vector databases and embedding models. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions. Mentor engineers and lead technical initiatives across AI/ML projects. Required Skills: Strong Python programming with Pandas, NumPy, and SQL Experience with Machine Learning algorithms such as: Linear Regression Logistic Regression Decision Trees Random Forest XGBoost Deep Learning knowledge (Transformers, RNNs) Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLMs LangChain OpenAI APIs Ollama RAG Architecture Vector Databases (FAISS) MLOps & Deployment AWS SageMaker MLflow Docker Kubernetes CI/CD Jenkins GitHub Experience with FastAPI for model serving Agile methodologies (SAFe/Scrum), Jira, and Confluence Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus. Experience leading technical teams and mentoring engineers. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
