Strong development expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Multithreading, Rest API, RESTful web services, SQL.
Experience with JDK Migration, Spring Migration,
Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred)
Develop and maintain fintech applications using Java (Spring Boot)
Design and implement secure RESTful APIs for financial transactions and data services
Collaborate with product managers and analysts to translate financial workflows into technical solutions
Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards (e.g., PCI DSS, GDPR)
Optimize performance for high-volume, low-latency systems
Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and DevOps practices
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related discipline. Ability to communicate effectively across multiple audiences, including firm-wide business units, senior leaders, associates and clients. Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation. Strong planning and organizational skills
