Oracle SOA Developer

Oracle SOA Developer Qualifications & Skills Mandatory Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline. Hands-on experience in Oracle SOA Suite development and production support. Strong expertise in Oracle SOA Suite components including BPEL, Mediator, Oracle Service Bus (OSB), Business Rules, and Oracle Adapters. Strong knowledge of XML, XSD, XSLT, XPath, WSDL, SOAP, REST, and JMS. Experience administering Oracle WebLogic Server and Oracle Fusion Middleware environments. Hands-on experience with middleware deployment, configuration, patching, migration, troubleshooting, and environment management. Good working knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems and shell scripting. Understanding of Oracle Database concepts, SQL, and database integration. Experience troubleshooting production issues, log analysis, performance tuning, and root cause analysis. Familiarity with ITIL processes including Incident, Change, Release, and Problem Management. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Good-to-Have Experience administering Oracle Service Bus (OSB) environments. Knowledge of Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) monitoring and middleware performance optimization. Experience with middleware security, SSL configuration, identity management, and access controls. Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and scripting. Experience working in Managed Services, Customer Success, or Production Support environments. Oracle Middleware or Oracle Cloud certifications.
