Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing and deploying microservices architectures using Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Spring Data, or similar frameworks. Your strong experience in Java development will be crucial for the success of the projects. Additionally, you will work with RESTful web services and related technologies, cloud platforms, containerization technologies, SQL and NoSQL database systems, and message-oriented middleware. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and deploy microservices architectures using Spring Boot, Spring Batch, Spring Data, or similar frameworks - Work with RESTful web services and related technologies such as JSON, Swagger, Postman, and XML - Utilize cloud platforms like OpenShift, Azure, AWS for project implementations - Proficient in containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes - Handle both SQL and NoSQL database systems efficiently - Experience in message-oriented middleware like MQ and Kafka - Demonstrate strong problem-solving and communication skills - Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field - 4-7+ years of experience in Java development - Good knowledge of RESTful web services and related technologies (JSON, Swagger, Postman, XML) - Experience with cloud platforms (OpenShift, Azure, AWS) - Proficiency in containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) - Experience with both SQL and NoSQL database systems - Experience in message-oriented middleware (MQ, Kafka) - Strong problem-solving and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team Additional Details: Prior experience in financial services or consulting environments is a plus. Exposure to mentoring junior developers and implementing Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP) would be beneficial for this role.
