OCI Incident Response is the first line of defense for maintaining the high availability of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. As a Lead Principal Platform Software Engineer, you will help define the future of incident management across OCI. You will design and build scalable platforms, automation, and agentic AI-driven solutions that improve how OCI detects, investigates, mitigates, and learns from service-impacting events. Your work will influence reliability across multiple engineering organizations and services.
