About the role
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Cloud Architect (IC4 / Principal Level) to serve as a strategic technical leader within Oracle Customer Success Services (CSS). This role bridges Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) with leading hyperscalers including AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform to design secure, high-performance hybrid cloud solutions for Tier-1 banking customers. The successful candidate will lead enterprise database modernization initiatives, architect secure multi-cloud connectivity, and design next-generation Multi-Agent AI orchestration platforms that support mission-critical banking workloads, fraud detection, regulatory compliance, and intelligent automation. This role requires deep technical expertise, strong customer engagement skills, and the ability to influence enterprise architecture decisions at the executive level.
Mandatory
Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
10+ years of overall IT experience.
Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience designing and implementing production Cloud IaaS/PaaS solutions.
Proven experience working with enterprise banking or financial services customers is highly preferred.
Technical Expertise
Deep expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
Strong experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform.
Experience designing hybrid and multi-cloud architectures.
Strong knowledge of enterprise networking including OCI FastConnect, VPN, identity federation, and cloud security.

Familiarity with enterprise AI governance, responsible AI practices, and model lifecycle management.

Architect secure, scalable, and resilient multi-cloud solutions integrating OCI with AWS, Azure, and GCP for enterprise banking environments. Design enterprise-grade Multi-Agent AI architectures including supervisor-worker models, agent governance, communication protocols, state management, deterministic guardrails, and Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) workflows. Lead implementation of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and GraphRAG solutions using Oracle AI Vector Search, Select AI, Autonomous Database, and OCI Generative AI services. Design secure AI environments utilizing OCI Generative AI, Dedicated AI Clusters, Llama, Cohere, and zero-trust security principles to meet financial industry compliance requirements. Architect resilient cross-cloud networking using OCI FastConnect, VPNs, unified identity federation (SAML), and secure data exchange across OCI, AWS Bedrock, and Azure OpenAI environments. Lead large-scale enterprise database modernization initiatives involving Oracle RAC, Exadata Cloud Service (ExaCS), Exadata Cloud@Customer (ExaCC), Autonomous Database, Data Guard, and enterprise migration strategies. Serve as the highest level of technical escalation for complex customer engagements, providing architectural governance, cloud cost optimization (FinOps), and best practices for AI compute and token consumption. Collaborate with customers, Oracle engineering, and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, secure, and compliant cloud solutions while communicating technical strategies effectively to executive stakeholders.
