About the role
Manage and support Oracle database environments including 11g, 12c, and multitenant architectures. Perform advanced performance tuning at query, database, and memory levels to ensure optimal system performance. Implement and manage high availability solutions such as RAC, Data Guard, ASM, and Exadata. Configure and maintain Oracle GoldenGate, including high availability setups. Execute backup and recovery strategies ensuring data integrity and minimal downtime. Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, including escalations, with strong troubleshooting methodologies. Collaborate with Oracle Development and Support teams to resolve critical customer issues. Identify and recommend proactive improvements to enhance system performance, stability, and security.
