Position: Oracle EBS/R12 HRMS Payroll Functional Consultant Experience: 8+ Years Location: Metro Cities Across India (Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Chennai) Business Unit: Oracle Global Service Center (GSC) Employment Type: Full-time Travel: As per project requirements Job Summary: Oracle GSC is seeking experienced Oracle EBS/R12 HRMS Payroll Functional Consultants with deep expertise in Core HR, Payroll (India/US/UK), OTL, SSHR, and Learning Management (OLM) . The ideal candidate will lead and support end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and enhancements for global Oracle customers, ensuring delivery excellence and alignment with Oracle best practices. Key Responsibilities: Analyze business requirements and configure Oracle EBS/R12 HRMS modules accordingly Lead implementation, rollout, and support engagements across Core HR, Payroll (India/US/UK), OTL, SSHR, and iRecruitment Configure and support statutory payroll compliance and localization features Collaborate with technical teams to design and test RICEW components Provide functional support, troubleshoot issues, and implement system enhancements Perform impact analysis, regression testing, and coordinate Oracle patch upgrades Facilitate CRP, UAT sessions, end-user training, and create detailed functional documentation Coordinate with global stakeholders to ensure timely and quality delivery of solutions Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 8 years of Oracle EBS/R12 HRMS functional experience with a strong focus on Payroll and Core HR Proven experience in multiple full-cycle implementations and support projects In-depth knowledge of statutory payroll configurations for India/US/UK Proficiency in Oracle Time & Labor (OTL), SSHR, iRecruitment, and Learning Management Exposure to Oracle AIM methodology and related documentation standards Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to operate in global delivery environments and collaborate with cross-functional teams Oracle certification in HRMS modules (preferred) Education: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Computer Applications, or related discipline
