About the role
Serve as the Principal Test & Quality Architect for Oracle Database, driving customer-informed quality strategy across functional, stress, and performance testing. Partner with Engineering, Product Management, Sustaining Engineering, Support, and customers to understand real-world deployment patterns, workloads, and operational challenges, translating those insights into improved testing strategies, infrastructure, and tooling. Champion Oracle-specific testing approaches that improve product quality, reliability, and customer experience across on-premises and cloud deployments.
