About the role

As a Support Integration Architect at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, troubleshooting technical integration issues, and analyzing metrics for improvement strategies. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and planning the execution of client domain strategy - Tracking and implementing standard recommendations for aligned clients to enhance domain health, safety, and usability of the Oracle Health products and services - Troubleshooting complex technical integration issues, escalating as appropriate - Analyzing performance metrics and identifying and proposing domain stability improvement strategies - Working with cross-functional organizations to identify and evaluate packages for code compatibility - Contributing to internal team value and improvements Qualifications Required: - At least 2 years of total combined related work experience and completed higher education - At least 1 year of healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, and/or other client-facing or HCIT or clinical solution work experience Preferred Qualifications: - At least 2 years of technical or clinical support and/or implementation work experience - At least 1+ year of Cerner Millennium experience or completion of the Oracle Health Integration Architect Development Program - Experience with CCL and ad hoc investigations - Experience with modification to and maintenance of Ops jobs, purge templates, and unauthenticated data - Experience with change management and domain strategy - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Information Systems, or equivalent experience Expectations: - Provide 24/7 on-call support as needed - Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations - Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures - Understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within the scope of the position - Perform other responsibilities as assigned - Working in the afternoon shift from 3:30 am to 12:30 pm CT Join us on our journey to advance healthcare with technology and make a difference in improving health equity and delivering quality care across the globe.
