Principal Product Owner

Key Responsibilities: - Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across enterprise platforms (ServiceNow) aligned to business transformation goals. - Lead Business Requirement Prioritization (BRP) sessions to align stakeholders and accelerate decision cycles. - Manage backlogs, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives for multiple Agile Scrum teams. - Partner with Engineering Managers and Scrum Masters to improve on-time delivery rates and reduce rework. - Translate business requirements into detailed system specifications, user stories, and functional designs. - Spearhead AI readiness initiatives and lead prototyping efforts for AI/ML-powered features and platform capabilities. - Drive automation strategies to enhance user experience and reduce manual effort. - Ensure GDPR, audit readiness, and compliance across all product features and data flows. Qualifications Required: - 12+ years of enterprise technology delivery experience, with a focus on product ownership or business analysis. - Proven success as a Product Owner or Lead across platforms like ServiceNow, SAP, or similar ERP/HCM platforms. - Experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering large-scale platform migrations. - Strong Agile and Scrum delivery experience in complex, regulated enterprise environments. - Background in HR technology and employee experience platforms is preferred. As an ideal candidate, you should possess a graduate or postgraduate degree in Business, HR, Technology, or a related field. Additionally, certifications such as Certified Scrum Master and Lean or Six Sigma are advantageous.
