As a Technical Implementation Manager (TIM) at Orange Business, your role will involve being the technical coordinator for any changes applied on the customer network. Your main responsibilities will include delivering on-time and error-free implementation of customer equipment, performing proactive network auditing, and maximizing the quality of delivered services to ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Follow the Change Management process as a Change Implementer, ensuring clear SOW and performing risk assessment. - Prepare and implement device configurations across network components with a Zero Outage objective. - Enable the Release Management Policy by implementing device upgrades and ensuring consistency in releases deployed for the customer. - Improve service availability and continuity in the configured components, including main/backup mechanisms and fallback implementations. - Contribute actively during transition activities with project teams. - Support in implementing temporary solutions during incidents causing customer isolation. - Integrate different technologies (legacy/BVPN and modern/SDWAN) to provide the best solutions for customers. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in network technology with a proven track record of success in deploying and supporting global customers. - Ideally, past experience as operations/incident management engineer within Orange for at least 2 years. - Good customer skills, interpersonal, strong communication, and analytical skills. - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, or Computer Science. - CCNA level mandatory (CCNP advantageous). - ITIL Foundation certificate. - Python training courses and hands-on experience in network modeling (JSON) and templating (Jinja). - Capacity to manage technical topics and customer relationships autonomously for medium to large-sized customers. - Fundamental knowledge of Network Layer 1, 2, and 3 with network OSI level troubleshooting skills. - Specialist level in WAN, WLAN, SDWAN with strong network skills. - Strong understanding of the organization, roles, and responsibilities. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships, influence others, and work under pressure. - Problem-solving and root cause identification skills. - Familiarity with project management approaches and tools. - Change management certification or designation desired. - Willingness to work in a 24x7 environment.
