Roles and Responsibilities:
Configure operating systems and assist end-users in troubleshooting
issues with remote systems
Research, Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues in a timely
manner
Work with multiple software systems and escalate issues to the concerned
parties
Maintain accurate and comprehensive reports
Provide regular updates and feedback to the end-users
Skills Required for the role

Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or
-
equivalent experience)
-
1-2+ years of relevant experience as a technical support engineer

Good understanding of Python programming language
-
Basic programming skills would be required

Strong communication skills with an eagerness to learn

Experience in dealing with end-users to resolve issues
