About the role
Job Description You are being hired as a Senior Data Platform Engineer to contribute towards designing, building, and enhancing modern data platforms and analytics solutions. Your role will involve utilizing your expertise in ETL, SQL, Python, BI tools, and cloud-based data ecosystems to drive the success of the data platform. Key Responsibilities - Design and develop data integration and transformation solutions to meet business needs. - Build and maintain scalable data pipelines for efficient data processing. - Support analytics and reporting requirements by providing reliable data solutions. - Collaborate closely with business and data teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals. - Optimize data models and platform performance for enhanced efficiency. - Ensure data quality, governance, and security compliance to uphold data integrity. - Participate actively in Agile delivery and provide technical leadership within the team. Qualifications Required - Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Data Platform Engineer. - Proficiency in SQL and Python programming languages. - Experience in ETL Development and Data Preparation. - Strong understanding of Data Modeling and Data Warehousing concepts. - Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Sigma, and Omni. - Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and Snowflake would be advantageous.
