About the role
As an experienced candidate for the role, you will be responsible for the following key activities: - Developing ITSM strategy, roadmaps, and stakeholder communications plans - Demonstrating expertise in Common Service Data Model (CSDM) implementation, optimization, and business service mapping - Possessing a strong background in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) processes and portfolio governance methodologies - Having experience with advanced project portfolio management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches - Demonstrating advanced experience with ITSM tools, particularly ServiceNow - Showcasing strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to drive process maturity in complex environments In order to be considered for this position, you should meet the following qualifications: - Academic or Bachelor's degree - Certification in ITIL v3 Expert or V4 MP - Minimum of 6 years of experience in ITSM process maturity, project portfolio management, and advanced ITIL practices Please note that no additional details about the company were provided in the job description.
