Role & Responsibilities Architect end-to-end ServiceNow HSRD solutions aligning with business HR strategy, including onboarding, offboarding, case management, and service catalog design. Lead discovery workshops with HR stakeholders to translate process pain points into optimized, automated workflows using ServiceNow HSRD modules. Design and govern scalable, secure, and maintainable configurations including UI Policies, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Client Scripts for HR service delivery. Integrate ServiceNow HSRD with external HRIS (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) and identity providers (Okta, Azure AD) via REST/SOAP APIs. Define and enforce architectural best practices, performance benchmarks, and SDLC governance (DevOps, CI/CD, unit testing) for HSRD implementations. Mentor junior consultants and lead technical reviews to ensure code quality, security compliance, and platform scalability across engagements.
