ServiceNow ITOM+ CPG Developer (5 yrs)

About The Opportunity A fast-scaling technology services firm operating in the Enterprise IT Operations Management (ITOM) and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) digital transformation space, we build and deploy intelligent ServiceNow solutions that automate IT asset lifecycle, CMDB governance, cloud operations, and service delivery for global CPG brands. Our developers architect scalable, integration-rich ServiceNow modules that drive operational resilience, compliance, and real-time visibility across hybrid IT environments. Role & Responsibilities Design, configure, and deploy ServiceNow ITOM modules (CMDB, Asset Management, Discovery, Event Management) tailored for CPG client environments. Develop and maintain custom workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts to automate IT operations and align with CPG industry SLAs. Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools (AWS/Azure, Ansible, Service Graph, APM, SCCM) to enable end-to-end IT visibility and automation. Optimize CMDB population and health using ServiceNow Discovery and Service Graph for accurate dependency mapping in CPG infrastructure. Support incident, change, and problem management processes by enhancing ServiceNows ITOM capabilities with CPG-specific logic and reporting. Collaborate with CPG clients and internal teams to translate business requirements into scalable, auditable ServiceNow solutions.
