Roles & Responsibilities Supplier Transition & Exit Support Support the exit program by enabling the transition of PCB assemblies from suppliers. Coordinate with incumbent suppliers to obtain complete and accurate as-built documentation , including Gerbers, BOMs, COC, FAIR, and test data . Validate the completeness, accuracy, and manufacturability of as-built PCB documentation prior to supplier transition. Technical Review & Validation Review PCB designs, fabrication drawings, stack-ups, and specifications for compliance with engineering standards. Perform first-pass technical reviews of EQs (Engineering Questions) from suppliers, identifying gaps, risks, cost drivers, and technical clarifications. Ensure PCB designs are producible at new suppliers without performance, reliability, or compliance risks. Supplier Engagement & Collaboration Act as the technical interface between internal teams and external PCB suppliers during the transition process. Work closely with Supplier Engineering, Sourcing, and Program teams to resolve technical queries and clarify supplier responses. Provide clear technical summaries, recommendations, and risk assessments to internal stakeholders Documentation & Communication Prepare concise technical summaries and clarification notes covering PCB design intent, supplier feedback, risks, and mitigation plans.
