About the role
What You'll Do Design, implement, and optimize scalable backend systems and AI-driven workflows from spec to production. Own the architectural roadmap — making pragmatic, high-leverage decisions that scale with the platform. Lead integration of LLM models, agentic frameworks, and workflow automation to enhance sales intelligence features. Profile, debug, and optimize the platform for high availability, low latency, and seamless third-party integrations. Take high-impact features from discovery through deployment — writing technical designs, breaking down complexity, and iterating on feedback. Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code. Champion engineering best practices and lead code reviews. What We're Looking For 7+ years of software engineering experience, with a meaningful portion in senior or lead roles at fast-paced startups. Strong proficiency in Python, Node.js, or similar; proven ability to architect complex systems and navigate large codebases. Solid working knowledge of PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or comparable — schema design, query optimization, indexing. Hands-on experience on AWS, GCP, or Azure (containerization, CI/CD, observability). Experience with AI/LLM agentic frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen) or low-code / workflow automation platforms.
