SAP Lead

Key Responsibilities SAP Finance Leadership Lead end-to-end SAP Finance (FI/CO) solution design and implementation.Drive business requirement gathering, solution blueprinting, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.Provide functional leadership across Finance transformation initiatives.Ensure alignment of SAP Finance solutions with business objectives.SAP Solution Architecture Design enterprise-wide SAP ECC Finance solutions.Define application architecture, integration strategy, and system landscape.Collaborate with Basis, ABAP, Security, MM, SD, PP, and other functional teams.Recommend best practices for performance optimization and process standardization.Delivery & Project Management Lead multiple SAP projects simultaneously.Manage project planning, execution, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.Ensure delivery within agreed timelines, budget, and quality standards.Review project deliverables and ensure compliance with governance standards.Team Management Manage and mentor a team of 20+ SAP consultants (FTEs).Allocate resources, monitor utilization, and conduct performance reviews.Drive team capability development and knowledge sharing.Handle escalations and ensure high customer satisfaction.Stakeholder Management Engage with business users, leadership teams, and external vendors.Present solution approaches and architecture recommendations.Conduct steering committee meetings and executive status updates. Mandatory Requiremen ts12+ years of SAP Finance consulting experience.Strong hands-on experience in SAP ECC Finance.Proven experience as a SAP Solution Architect or SAP Finance Lead.Experience managing a team of 20 or more full-time consultants (FTEs).End-to-end implementation experience across multiple SAP projects.Strong stakeholder and client-facing communication skills.Experience in support, rollout, migration, and enhancement project s.
