Application Support Analyst

Role & responsibilities Being a subject matter expert on platform functionality Reviewing requirements for configuration changes ensuring there are no upstream/downstream or cross-member firm impacts Providing Level 2 support for functionality issues that may be reported by member firms Ensuring all requirements for a feature/functionality are complete and accurate Ensuring all upstream and downstream application impacts are understood and any risks raised Creating, building, and managing configuration workbook for each Deloitte member firm with regards to the way the system settings, workflow etc., is set-up for them. Review and ensure all user stories / requirements are in-line with the scope and are accurate Support application, functional, regression and User acceptance testing Work with and support member firm users during the user acceptance testing period Ensure appropriate documents, knowledgebase is updated at all times. Preferred candidate profile Minimum overall experience of 2-3 years. Strong techno-functional understanding of how applications and databases work Strong Experience in Triage/Troubleshooting system/application issues Experience managing configuration on SaaS enterprise applications Experienced working on supporting talent technologies/platforms Experienced in requirements gathering, creating user stories Strong understanding of incidents, problems and change requests management process (ITIL) Experience working with Ticket Management System (CRM). Should have participated in User Acceptance Testing. (UAT) Strong knowledge of MS Office - Excel Graduate from any background. Very good in both Verbal and Written Communication skills. Preferred: Good understanding of Talent Mobility Management as a Process & Practice *******immediate joiner or max np 15 days, shift time 2pm to 1 pm.
