Cyber Security Manager

Job Title: Cyber Security Manager Experience: 1012 Years Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage Cyber Security teams across SOC, GRC, and Security Engineering. Oversee Security Operations, including Incident Detection, Incident Response, and SIEM monitoring. Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks, including HIPAA and HITRUST (mandatory). Drive Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) initiatives, risk assessments, audits, and security policies. Support Security Engineering activities, including security tools, controls, and automation. Manage team performance, workforce planning, coaching, and stakeholder communication. Ensure timely delivery of cybersecurity initiatives while maintaining SLA and operational excellence. Mandatory Skills: 10–12 years of Cyber Security experience. 3–5 years of people management experience, handling teams of 5–10 members. Strong experience in SOC Operations (Incident Detection, Incident Response, SIEM). Hands-on experience with GRC frameworks and regulatory compliance. HIPAA and HITRUST experience is mandatory. Good understanding of Security Engineering concepts, security tools, automation, and security controls. Experience working in a matrix organization is preferred.
