Greetings from Orcapod consulting services We have the openings for Java 17-19 SDET Java SDET Mid Level & Senior Level Experience 59 Years Location-Pune, Chennai, Bangalore Role Summary We are looking for a skilled and passionate Java SDET with strong experience in automation testing for enterprise applications on Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. The candidate should possess solid problem-solving capabilities, strong automation experience, good coding standards, strong code review , testing and debugging skills. The role requires hands-on expertise in Automated test suite development for distributed systems using Microservices , Java 17-19 , REST APIs along with the ability to quickly understand existing test frameworks and scripts and implement enhancements efficiently. Java SDET Roles & Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and test scripts using Java, Selenium, and API automation tools. Strong Knowledge on Java , microservices design patterns and best practices. Implement clean, maintainable following enterprise coding standards. Build scalable automation solutions for web applications, REST APIs, and backend services, ensuring high test coverage. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps) to enable continuous testing. Perform functional, integration, regression, and database testing, including SQL validation and defect analysis. Contribute to framework enhancements, code reviews, and quality engineering best practices to improve automation efficiency and reliability. Analyze test results, identify root causes, and drive defect resolution to ensure timely delivery of high-quality product releases. Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment activities.
