Lead Engineer -Seating Plastic Design

Key Responsibilities: Lead design and development of automotive seating accessories. Design and development of Headrest, Armrest, and Cushion Length Adjuster (CLA) systems. Perform concept design, feasibility studies, detailed design, and engineering release activities. Coordinate with OEM customers and global engineering teams. Ensure compliance with automotive seating regulations and standards. Drive project execution, risk management, and technical reviews. Lead and mentor engineering teams while coordinating cross-functional stakeholders. Required Skills: 1015 years of experience in Automotive Seating Design. Strong hands-on experience in CATIA V5 (Mandatory). UG NX experience is preferred. Expertise in Headrest, Armrest, and CLA design. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes related to seating components. Experience working with major Indian OEMs. Excellent project management and people management skills. Knowledge of automotive seating regulations and compliance requirements. Experience working with global customers from China, Europe, and North America.
