About the role
SAP RE-FX (Flexible Real Estate Management) Consultant | 6-9 Years | Bhilai Job Title-SAP RE-FX Consultant Experience-6-9 Years Location-Bhilai (On-site) Employment Type-Contractal Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into SAP RE-FX solutions. Configure and customize SAP RE-FX modules, including: Lease-In and Lease-Out Management Contract Management Rental Objects and Business Entities Rent Adjustment and Index-Based Rent Security Deposits Service Charges and Settlement Correspondence and Notice Management Support end-to-end implementation, rollout, enhancement, and AMS projects. Integrate SAP RE-FX with modules such as FI, CO, MM, PM, PS, and Asset Accounting. Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for developments, reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows. Conduct unit testing, integration testing, UAT, and production support. Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend optimal solutions. Deliver user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer. Participate in data migration, system upgrades, and process optimization initiatives. Work effectively in Agile and cross-functional project teams. Mandatory Skills 6-9 years of hands-on experience in SAP RE-FX. Strong expertise in SAP Flexible Real Estate Management configuration and support. Experience in at least one end-to-end SAP implementation and support/rollout projects. Strong knowledge of lease contract management, rental accounting, and real estate business processes. Experience integrating RE-FX with SAP FI/CO and other SAP modules. Ability to prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP teams. Strong understanding of testing methodologies and production support. Preferred Skills Experience with SAP S/4HANA RE-FX. Knowledge of IFRS 16/ASC 842 lease accounting. Familiarity with SAP Fiori applications for RE-FX. Exposure to SAP Workflow, SAP BTP, or SAP Analytics Cloud is an added advantage. Educational Qualification Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Commerce, or a related discipline. SAP RE-FX certification is preferred.
