Technical Manager / Technology Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Manager with expertise in Java, Python, and full-stack development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Angular, React, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and mobile application development using Android and Flutter. This role requires strong technical leadership, team management, solution design, and customer-facing skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Day to day management of project team and technical team assignment ensuring effective delivery of projects tasks, deliverables, and milestones within agreed upon timeline, approach, budget and scope Act as point of contact for communications dealing with project deliverables, setting the expectation, managing priorities, technologies, human factors and management issues Experience in roadmap planning and prioritization, distributing work among engineers, and overseeing execution to meet commitments and deliver with predictability Must have designed, implemented and delivered either enterprise class software on cloud A solid backing of technology and software development knowledge, that allows you to challenge the team, suggest technical alternatives and recognise excellence Become the Single point of contact for the project delivery and act as an advocate between the Delivery, Management and the Customer Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance software solutions across web and mobile platforms. Act as a technical Manager in architecture design and development using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Python. Good technical experience in Java, open-source technologies, cloud (Azure) etc. with deep understanding of SDLC and Architecture Oversee the development of responsive front-end applications using Angular and React. Drive mobile application development using Android and Flutter, ensuring seamless user experiences. Manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and develop cloud-native applications. Develop, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure high-quality, automated deployments. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions. Mentor development teams, ensuring best practices in Agile, DevOps, and continuous improvement processes. Create detailed technical documentation and software architecture diagrams (e.g., State, Sequence, Activity, and ER diagrams). Ensure technical solutions meet security, scalability, and performance requirements. Skills : Full Stack Developer Experience : 10+ Years Candidate Profile Location : Hyderabad Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in full-stack development using Java (Spring Boot, Spring Cloud) and Python. Hands-on experience in Java technology, Java, SpringBoot, spring cloud, Containerization using Docker Strong hands-on experience with UI frameworks such as Angular and React. Experience with mobile application development using Android and Flutter. Experience in building applications / services based on Microservices architecture. Experience modernizing legacy applications and developing multi-tenant cloud applications. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native development. Proficiency with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Docker, and code quality systems like SonarQube. Experience with RDBMS (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL) and NoSQL databases. Perform code reviews, Familiarity with estimation techniques like Function Points (FP) and Story Points. Familiarity with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK Stack. Knowledge of software architecture tools like MS Visio and Enterprise Architect. Exposure to Agile/Scrum and DevOps practices, and experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and GitHub. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Customer-facing experience with a proven ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
