About the role
Design and develop scalable solutions within the Salesforce ecosystem , including custom objects, triggers, workflows, Apex classes, Lightning components (Aura and LWC), and Visualforce pages.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements, propose solutions, and implement functionality within Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or other Salesforce products .
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs , middleware , and third-party platforms.
Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce applications, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability.
Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and documentation.
Follow Salesforce best practices for security, coding, and data integrity.
Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and new technologies, and presenting these for architectural review.
