About the role
You are a motivated and detail-oriented Mechanical Engineer (B.E/B.Tech) who will be joining the Production Department of our company. Your role will involve overseeing manufacturing processes, ensuring product quality, optimizing production efficiency, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Production Planning: Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring daily production activities. - Process Optimization: Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. - Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to quality standards and resolve production-related issues. - Equipment Maintenance: Monitor machinery performance and coordinate preventive maintenance. - Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production data, reports, and compliance documents. - Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including design, quality, and supply chain. - Safety Compliance: Ensure workplace safety standards are followed and promote a culture of safety. Qualifications: - B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. - Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality control. - Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and ERP systems is an advantage. - Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. In addition, the pay for this position ranges from 20,000.00 to 25,000.00 per month. Please note that food will be provided, and Provident Fund benefits are available. The work location is in person.
