About the role
Role Overview: You will be responsible for identifying areas where AI can enhance business operations and implementing AI tools for automation, reporting, document management, and productivity. Your role will involve researching and evaluating the latest AI technologies, developing AI-based solutions such as chatbots, OCR/document search, and workflow automation, and integrating AI solutions with existing systems including SAP ERP. Additionally, you will train and support teams in effectively using AI tools. Key Responsibilities: - Identify areas for AI implementation to enhance business operations. - Implement AI tools for automation, reporting, document management, and productivity. - Research and evaluate the latest AI technologies and tools. - Develop AI-based solutions such as chatbots, OCR/document search, and workflow automation. - Integrate AI solutions with existing systems, including SAP ERP. - Train and support teams in using AI tools effectively. Qualification Required: - B.Tech / MCA / BCA in Computer Science or a related field. - Candidates with 1-5 years of experience will be preferred. Additional Details: The company is looking for candidates with a good understanding of Generative AI and automation tools. Hands-on experience with tools like ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, Claude, etc. is required. Basic knowledge of Python, APIs, SQL, or automation platforms is preferred. Strong problem-solving and communication skills, as well as a passion for learning and experimenting with new technologies, are essential for this role.
