About the role
Role & responsibilities Technology Transfer Lead end-to-end technology transfer of new products/processes from R&D to plant. Develop and review technology transfer dossiers , SOPs, and process flow diagrams. Coordinate pilot trials, plant trials, and commercial scale-up activities & smooth handover to MFG. Cost Savings & Process Optimization Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives in manufacturing processes like Yield improvement, Energy and utility reduction & Cycle time reduction Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to reduce wastage. Monitor and report cost-saving KPIs and process efficiency metrics. Equipment & Facility Qualification Support installation, commissioning, and qualification of processing equipment. Execute equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ) for new lines and modifications. Ensure optimal utilization of machinery and utilities. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with:R&D (product development), Production (execution), Quality Assurance (compliance), Engineering (equipment & utilities) & Manufacturing. Train production teams on new processes and improvements. Support troubleshooting during commercialization and initial batches. Preferred candidate profile 5-7 years experienced in technology transfer project for FMCG Company would be preferred. Knowledge of Process engineer in scale up trials / Technology Transfer / Process Engineering
