Business Analyst (IT) Experience : 2-4 Yrs Qualification : BE, B Tec, MCA, MBA, PGDCA, M Sc Information Technology/ computer science or any graduation. Skill Set : S/ he will be responsible for interacting with clients business to gather the business requirements effectively to enable the development/ configuration team to take the project further and ensure deliveries with least possible issues/ gaps. Should be excellent in Software Implementation, interpersonal relationship skills, communication skills and customer relationship management skills Analytical skills. Other skills are - Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements. - Develop requirements specifications, proposals, project document according to standard templates, using natural language. - Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs. 5.
