Application Engineer PTC Creo, Windchill & PLM

Job Overview Oroprise is looking for an Application Engineer to support its Smart Product Development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to PTC Creo and Windchill, along with mechanical design knowledge and hands-on experience in technical support, implementation, and customer service. This role requires strong problem-solving ability, clear communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Support and implement CAD and PLM projects with a focus on PTC Creo and Windchill.Handle service desk tickets and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain Creo and Windchill PDMLink environments.Provide remote and on-site support to customers as required.Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure smooth system performance.Contribute to complex implementations and ongoing improvements.Support Windchill migration activities, including planning, execution, validation, and issue resolution.Work closely with internal teams and customers to deliver effective solutions. Required Skills Bachelors or masters degree in Mechanical Engineering, Design Engineering, or a related field.5+ years of experience in PTC Creo and Windchill, technical support, product support, or customer service.Hands-on experience in Windchill installation, rehosting, upgrades is required. Windchill migration is a plus.Good understanding of engineering concepts and product design.Strong written and spoken English communication skills.Knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and customer-server software support.Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Jira or Zendesk.Customer-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working independently as well as in a team.Interest in keeping up with PTC technologies and product development trends.
