Role overview Were looking for a Junior Product Manager who wants to own real product surfaces across BerryForms, BerryPlans, BerryCampaigns, BerryTasks, and platform updates from early in their career. Youll report directly to our Head of Product, Ilangovan, who has prior experience building and selling a product company (VerbStudio), and youll work with a young, startup-minded team (median age 26). Youll help shape premium digital experiences for US dental patients and orthodontic teams, even though you may never meet them in person. This role is for someone who is hungry to learn, disciplined in how they work, and comfortable in a low-process, high-ownership workplace. What youll do End-to-end product ownership (with mentorship) Support discovery, scoping, execution, and iteration for features across BerryForms, BerryPlans, BerryCampaigns, BerryTasks, and platform components. Maintain explicit problem statements, hypotheses, and success metrics for the work you own, even for small increments. Customer & user understanding at a distance Develop deep empathy for two key personas: The patient (often a busy parent or young adult experiencing the practice mostly on their phone). The orthodontic practice staff (treatment coordinators, front desk, financial coordinators) who use BerryStudio daily to run workflows. Be a champion of ticket management in FreshD .
