About the role
You are a senior, hands-on .NET engineer being hired to work on enterprise platforms for Aptean, a US-based product company in the supply chain and business management domain. This backend-heavy full-stack role will require you to focus on .NET Core, microservices, and APIs, with some frontend exposure using Vue.js and Angular. Your role will be full-time and long-term, and you will work closely with Apteans US product teams. Key Responsibilities - Design, build, and maintain microservices using C# and .NET Core - Develop and consume RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core - Work with Entity Framework Core, LINQ, and relational databases - Contribute to frontend development using Vue.js, Angular, and TypeScript - Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code - Collaborate with distributed US teams in an Agile environment - Participate in design discussions and system architecture decisions Must Have Skills - Strong experience with C# and .NET Core - Hands-on experience building microservices-based systems - Solid knowledge of SQL Server - Working experience with Vue.js or Angular - Experience with REST APIs, Swagger, Postman - Good communication skills for remote collaboration with US teams Good to Have - Experience working on Azure - Prior experience in Supply Chain, ERP, or Enterprise SaaS domains - Experience in SQL/NoSQL Databases - Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines You will be employed on the company's payroll, not Apteans, for this fully remote role. It will be a long-term engagement with a US enterprise client, and you will be in an individual contributor role without team management responsibilities.
