Product Analyst and Design Associate Director

Role Overview: You will be joining the OSTTRA Product team as a Product Analyst and Design Associate Director. The team is comprised of Capital Markets professionals who are responsible for designing, building, supporting, and protecting applications that operate the network. The technology landscape includes high-performance, high-volume applications and compute-intensive applications, leveraging contemporary microservices and cloud-based architectures. Your role will involve designing, building, supporting, protecting, and managing high-performance, resilient platforms that process more than 100 million messages a day, vital to automated trade processing globally. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with product owners, development, QA, and operation teams in an agile and/or waterfall environment - Utilize excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and coordination skills, and strong analytical skills - Demonstrate a good understanding of the product development lifecycle and be process-oriented - Adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment and work with teams across different locations globally - Build relationships internally and externally with clients, clearing houses, venues, and trade repositories Qualifications Required: - Post graduate degree in a related field (Bachelor's or Master's preferred) - 12+ years of relevant professional experience - Qualifications in Business Analysis / Product Management related subjects - Experience working in a product management environment - Proven experience in product, project, and team leadership - Strong Analytical and Communication skills - Knowledge of requirements elicitation, structured analysis, requirement documentation, stakeholder management, use case, and user story definition - Commercial awareness and financial services experience Additional Details of the Company: OSTTRA, launched in 2021, unites four businesses - MarkitServ, Traiana, TriOptima, and Reset, with a combined track record of over 20 years in post-trade evolution and innovation.
