Civil Engineer- Interior Fitouts

Job Summary: We are looking for a Civil Engineer to manage and supervise interior fit-out works for hotel and high-end commercial projects in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, coordination with consultants and contractors, quality control, and ensuring timely completion of interior works. Key Responsibilities : Supervise day-to-day interior fit-out works including civil, finishing, and coordination activities Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and project timelines Coordinate with architects, MEP teams, vendors, and contractors Monitor quality of finishes such as flooring, ceilings, partitions, wall finishes, and joinery works Verify site measurements and contractor RA bills Track project progress and report updates to management Ensure adherence to safety standards and site protocols Maintain proper site documentation and progress reports Requirements : BE/B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering 3-6 years of experience in interior fit-out / hotel / hospitality projects Strong understanding of interior finishing works and construction methodology Ability to read drawings and coordinate with multiple teams Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic AutoCAD
