Primary responsibilities : Provide technical expert support to field on products, repeated issues, Resolution of the critical technical issues with RRCA Technical support to Bangalore factory and service engineering in new product development Preparation of the standard processes for field and development of the field training modules Preparation of the technical instructions, solution documents for field Should have good knowledge of elevator and networking to support new technology compass installation, security system interface, BMS integration Candidate should be with Degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering with good academic record. Min. 3 year s experience. Preferable in elevator industry. He should have good knowledge of MS office
